That's right folks, another WOD that would make Carl Paoli smile and feel all warm inside. So what does that mean, it means it's time to get those "gymnastic" skills out and start sharpening because today's line up looks exactly like this:
3 Rounds for Time
3 Rope Climbs
15 Ring Dip
75 Air Squat
So if you're one of those who cannot escape a rope climb WOD without your legs looking like Fire Marshall Bills face, then you might want to wear long sock OR..... just maybe.... try working on your technique and trying something different. As usual, we'll be going over rope climb technique before the conditioning segment and will let you guys practice exactly what we instruct.
