This place has been a life-changer in so many ways. Not only am I doing workouts and movements I never thought possible, I’ve gained lifelong friends who have helped me through thick and thin. The coaches are friendly and knowledgable, and teach how to do CF safely and effectively. Glad I made the decision to try it-it’s one of my favorite places to be.

From the moment I walked into the doors at CrossFit 610 I’ve been completely excepted with open arms. Through the doors of 610 I’ve done things I never thought I’d do. I’ve never been put down because I can’t do something or because my body doesn’t look a certain way. Nick and Tricia are the best and nicest people you’ll ever meet. Everyone at 610 have become family to me. Love this place.

I was a little out of my comfort zone at first being one of the slightly older athletes and never having consistently lifted weights before. But I knew I needed to do something different and honestly, CF610 is the only 5:30 a.m. class in town, which is what I needed at the time. The coaches are fantastic and encourage you to do your best no matter what your fitness level. I feel like I have accomplished something when I complete a workout and it challenges me enough that I have managed to stick with it for longer than any program I have tried in the past except for running. Being stronger has helped me with my running as well so it’s a win-win😊.

They have a very fun atmosphere and are very knowledgeable. They push you to do your best and teach you proper form. If you haven’t tried Crossfit610, you should! You won’t be disappointed.

I am in my first month of coming here. I am very out of shape and inexperienced. Needless to say this is definitely out of my comfort zone! BUT I came back, and plan to keep showing up and trying. Why? Because the people here are patient and knowledgeable and accommodating. I feel better already. I recommend it to anyone of any size, age or ability. They’ll meet you where you are, push you enough for you to grow and cheer you on.

Challenging & fun. I was in town for Thanksgiving & they offered a free class. This was my first time to try a Crossfit gym. Great facility, equipment, & friendly members but what impressed me the most is that the owners took me through each move to make sure I din’t hurt myself. The whole workout took under 40 minutes & it kicked my tail. If I lived there I would join this gym. Side note, thought it was incredible how many kids were working out since they got their own customized WOD.

Now that you have defined your goals with help from one of our amazing coaches. We will start by taking you through the fundamentals of training and help implement sound habits throughout all areas of your life, allowing you to start on the road to success!

Nick Grunwaldt

Owner/coach

Nick is a Level 1 CrossFit instructor, and is certified in CrossFit mobility. Nick began coaching because CrossFit’s commitment to functional movement makes it perfect for people of all ages and abilities- no excuses! Nick always creates a positive environment to help erase any self-doubt and always has ideas for helping athletes overcome perceived limitations. Nick is also employed full-time outside of his commitments to the box, putting his art degree to good use as a graphic designer.

Tricia Grunwaldt

OWNER/COACH

Tricia is also CrossFit Level 1 Certified as well as an Eat to Perform certified advisor, working on her Level 2 Eat to Perform certificate right now and she hopes to add more to the wall soon. She also has her Bachelor’s in Fine Arts. Tricia loves that CrossFit has something to offer for everyone, whether you are an elite athlete or an average Joe looking to improve overall health. She wants everyone to feel motivated and excited about their performance, not their numbers on a scale, and loves to talk nutrition! When Tricia isn’t at the gym, she is at home probably also working on stuff for the gym but home schooling the kids, too. 
We are passionate about helping and motivating people to be the best they can be. There is nothing more rewarding to us than helping others reach their goals, achieve new personal records and successfully overcome obstacles that once seemed impossible. We can’t wait to meet you!
